1. Do you ship internationally or just within the United States?
   Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We also deliver locally near Nashville, TN, Franklin, TN, and Spring Hill, TN.
2. When will my order arrive?
   Different products have different manufacturing times. For example, the Ready-to-Ship Collection has a faster turnaround time (1-3 days) compared to the Hand-Drawn Collection (5-10 days), as we only need to engrave your loved one’s name. Once your items are meticulously manufactured, cleaned, and polished, we will ship them out ASAP. We are located in TN, so delivery generally takes 2-6 days, depending on where you live.
3. What shipping carriers do you use?
   We ship via USPS.
4. What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
   Please email us right away at support@paw4ever.com. We will take care of it and make it right for you.
5. What is your return policy?
   In general, customized items are final sale since they are made especially for you and your loved pets and people. We cannot resell them. However, we understand that nothing is perfect. Please email us immediately if your items are damaged or defective. We are happy to make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
6. Can I cancel my order?
   We are a small business with a fast turnaround time. If we have not started processing your order, we will refund you right away. If our artist has already started working on your project, we will retain a 30% cancellation fee to compensate the artist.
7. Where are you located?
   We are a small business located in Thompson’s Station, TN, a quaint town established in 1863.
8. Do you have any gift wrap or gifting options?
   All of our orders come with a hand-stamped and handmade complimentary all-cotton canvas pouch. We also include velvet jewelry boxes or pouches for different items. All of our gift packages are reusable and can be repurposed. Our goal is to eventually provide green and sustainable packaging for everything.
9. How do I take care of my jewelry?
   Our jewelry is primarily made from stainless steel or sterling silver. The Mohs hardness level is 5.5 for stainless steel and 3 for sterling silver. Materials like sand are made of silicon dioxide, which has a higher Mohs scale of 7. This means sand can easily scratch your jewelry. But don’t worry—our scars make us beautiful, and your jewelry will still look great with a touch of nature. To minimize wear, we recommend the following:
   • Regularly wipe off oil and dust from your jewelry after each wear.
   • Store your pieces separately from other jewelry. We will have a blog post on this soon. Stay tuned.
   • Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh conditions like the beach or pool. Salt and chlorine in the water can accelerate the deterioration of metals.
