30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your kit must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at Support@paw4ever.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@paw4ever.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
